Fill Sauces *
Fill all toppings (FIFO) *
Wipe out and clean cold well(s) *
Stock appetizer freezer *
Pull philly meat (should be 3 in walk-in)
Wipe all surfaces *
Sweep floors & mop if greasy *
Sweep & mop stock room *
Help with dish if there is time *
Change Towel Buckets *Change towel buckets & check PPM
